Delivery Policy

At VICK FASHION LTD, we prioritize ensuring that your jewelry reaches you both quickly and safely. We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.

Shipping Options and Timescales:

• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): Delivery takes 2–3 business days. The cost for this service is £3.95.

• Express Delivery (Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm): Guaranteed delivery by 1:00 PM the next business day (when ordered before 12:00 PM). The cost for this service is £8.95.

• Free Shipping: We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £200.

Important Information:

• Shipping Area: We only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Channel Islands). We do not currently offer international shipping.

• Secure Delivery: For your peace of mind, all orders are shipped using fully tracked and insured services. A signature will be required upon receipt of your package.

• Order Processing: We pack and dispatch your order within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

• Bank Holidays: Please note that our delivery team does not operate on UK Bank Holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next available business day.
